A couple of weeks later, body parts were found scattered all around town, which lead the police to the conclusion that Jessica might have been horribly murdered. Brian Pleasence, a close friend to Jessica decided to investigation the case. At All Cost is the testimony of a young man trying to uncover the truth about something so terrible, that common sense can't even try to describe it.
